以「天地玄黃」為第ㄧ句的〈千字文〉是南北朝以後，以鍾繇此篇作為改寫的作品。全書雖然指擁了一千個不重複的字，但卻有相當的知識價值和藝術價值。因為〈千字文中包含了天文地理農業氣象礦產特產歷史休養等等，也是古人教導學童識字的文章，況且這邊字帖是由王希之所寫，更增加其藝術價值。 |

Inside Story Although merely one thousand unrepeated characters were applied in the composition of the article, it was with considerable values of knowledge and art, as the scopes of Chien-Tzu-Wen spread out to astronomy, geography, agriculture, meteorology, minerals, special products, history and disciplines etc. It was also used by the ancient Chinese to teach children to recognize characters. The calligraphy was written by Wang Hsichich, hence it added up further value to the writing.
